Managing Director
Jennifer Healy is a Managing Director at Northeastern Banking Services Group, LLC with over 18 years of banking and financial services experience. Previously, she was an Executive Director at CCR, LLP in their bank advisory group, an investment advisor at Smith Barney, and assisted in building the Community Bank Advisory Group while at KPMG, LLP, as a bank advisory services professional.
Jennifer has substantial experience with Bank-related Operations (strategy, process efficiency, and design), Systems (evaluations, impact assessments, implementation) Risk Management, Retail Banking, Business Continuity Planning, Vendor Management, Policy and Procedure development, Sarbanes-Oxley preparedness, Strategic Planning, and Commercial and Consumer Lending Strategies in banks and credit unions ranging in size from de novo to more than $8 billion.
Jennifer leads our Information Technology risk and conversion practice group working closely with our technology Business Partners advising our clients and assisting them with policies, procedures, risk assessments and Business Continuity Plans. Her expertise and knowledge extends to assisting our clients with their core banking system conversion whether changing data processing systems or integrating systems and operations in connection with a merger.
She is an Associate member of the Connecticut and Massachusetts Bankers Associations and a past Board of Directors member and Corporator of The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Westfield.
Jennifer has spoken at numerous seminars and training events in New England, including MA Bankers Association on Risk Management and Bank Compliance Association of CT on Vendor and Risk Management.
She has an M.B.A. from Western New England College, a B.S.B.A. from The University of Massachusetts and Western New England College 1991, and is a graduate of the Fleet Bank Management Training Program.
