NEBSG’s lending network professionals have placed millions of dollars of various types of loans large and small. Real Estate Loans, Commercial and Industrial Loans, Asset-Based options and alternative funding solutions. Our lending partners will receive up to 25% of the fees collected for funded transactions. In some cases, our lending partners will provide referrals to their bank from other lending network partners.
The Lending Network does not fund any Residential Mortgages. We are strictly a commercial conduit for traditional lending and non-traditional lending.
